Refund policy

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all included accessories, cables, and manuals.

How to start a return
Email info@novexatech.shop with your order number and reason. We'll confirm within 24–48 hours and send return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior authorisation cannot be processed.

Return shipping
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and replace or refund in full. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Return address
Returns are sent to the address provided in your return confirmation email. Please do not send items to our business address without authorisation.

Damaged or defective on arrival
Inspect your order on delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards, and items returned with missing accessories, packaging, or visible damage not present on delivery.

European Union 14-day cooling off
If your order ships into the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may add a few days. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact info@novexatech.shop.
